Jack's Surfboards will always respect the privacy of our customers. We want to give the best customer service possible. The only information we collect is the information given when an order is placed. At no time will we sell or share that information with any other company. The information obtained from registration on-line is used to save you time in the future and /or receive occasional e-mails.

These e-mails provide you with information regarding the products you purchased, upcoming sales, and specials. You can opt out of e-mails at any time. You may do so by clicking on the unsubscribe link included in each e-mail. Any person under 18 years of age must have parent or guardian’s permission before providing any personal information. All online contests are open only to U.S. residents who are 13 years of age or older.

Jack's Surfboards strives to provide children with as much customer service as possible without violating their privacy rights. If, in Our sole discretion, We believe that any such information is untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete, or you have opted into the Program for an ulterior purpose, We may refuse you access to the Program and pursue any appropriate legal remedies.

Text marketing (if applicable): With your permission, we may send text messages about our store, new products, and other updates. Updates include Checkout Reminders. Webhooks will be used to trigger the Checkout Reminders messaging system.
