Item(s) must be unworn, unwashed, and be returned to us in the way they were sent to you.
Returns must include the packing slip you received with the items. If you don’t have access to a printer and have lost your packing slip, you can write your name, order number, and items you are returning. You must include the order number that each item came from. Items returned without this information will not be accepted.
Items need to be returned in the same condition that we sent them out.
If shoes came in a box, they need to be returned in a box. Please ensure that the items you send back are sent back in a plastic bag inside the poly mailer or box to ensure they don't get ruined in transit.
Once your item has been received and processed, you will receive an email alerting you.

Damaged Items:
We attempt to inspect every item before shipping it, however, sometimes we may miss a defect. If an item you are trying to return is damaged in any way please let us know via email at CustomerService@garageskateshop.com
(1) the name of the item or sku
(2) the order number
(3) provide a photo of the damaged item
