After testing numerous alternatives, we found the original shape and ride of the Basic to be the best. It retains all its remarkable attributes while enhancing visual appeal, representing the genesis of snowboarding excellence. 

• Camber Profile: CamRock
• Shape: True Twin (Perfectly symmetrical shape for balanced riding, equally versatile both when used regular and when used in switch. Great balance between feline stability and freestyle mobility, no matter which way you point it.)
• Extruded : YES Snowboards' extruded bases are durable, low-maintenance, and cost-effective, making them ideal for beginner and casual riders.
• Poplar/Paulwnia : YES Snowboards' Poplar/Paulownia core is crafted from 50% Poplar and 50% Paulownia.
• Biax : Biaxial or "Biax" fiberglass consists of fibers running in two directions, typically along the length and width of the board.
• Forever Flex : Forever Flex is a manufacturing process that helps stabilize the flex and rocker profile of a board for its lifetime. Our boards now finish the first stages of production slightly overbuilt and then we “break them in” using a specialized machinery that mimics extreme riding use. By flexing the fresh board fibers and epoxy at the factory the materials settle into their final arrangement within the board layup much the same as if you rode the board for 20 days. This process helps us narrow our production tolerances so the board you buy has a more accurate specified flex and rocker profile that will change less as you ride it more.
