Hardware

Hardware is an important component to your board set up. Nobody likes to be distracted by loose and stripped hardware. Skateboarding Hardware is a set of 8 Nuts and Bolts that are used to keep your trucks bolted on to your board tight and securely. When selecting your hardware you need to think about the length, type and color if that matters to you. Hardware is made is different styles such as Phillips and Allen as well in sizes ranging from 7/8" to 2". The typical size used for skating is 7/8" - 1" hardware. Depending on if your set up consist of riser pads or not will determine if you will need a size larger than 1".
